The Input Pengeluaran Agromakanan (IPA) is a financing Program which provides financing facilities to agricultural entrepreneurs who are affected by the economic pressures due to the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic and the Russia-Ukranie Crisis which have contributed to the global rise in prices of agricultural production inputs such as fertilizers, fodders and controlled pesticides.

Profit rate as low as 3% per annum based on monthly balance.

Dana Input Pengeluaran Agromakanan financing up to RM350,000.00

Maximum: 108 months including 6 months moratarium period

Collateral not required

Terms & Conditions

Eligible businesses are

1

Vegetable/fruit/paddy growers

2

Breeders of chickens/ducks/cows/goats

3

Fish farmers/fisherman

4

Retailers who supply livestock feed/fertilizer/pesticides and any items under the category of agricultural production inputs

Maximum :RM350,000.00 Minimum :RM1,000.00

PROFIT RATE

0% First 6 months (i.e. during the moratorium period), 3% 7th month onwards

*Profit calculation is based on monthly balance

How To Apply

You may be eligible

Agricultural entrepreneurs who are directly involved in agricultural activities

Has a good credit record and is not subject to legal action

3

Malaysian citizen age 21 years up to 70 years

4

Has been operating for at least 6 months at the time of the financing application
